I love writing. I didn’t want to stop blogging. I just wanted to stop blogging about our wedding.
Honestly, if you’re still considering blogging about your personal wedding, really give it some thought. If you don’t want to be a wedding blogger and you just want to write about something … writing about your wedding, your relationship and your friendships is very taxing.
If you’re a serial over-analyzer like me … you will wind up examining your relationship for content fodder and, eventually, something about that dulls the beauty of just enjoying moments together and living in general.
So, that being said – I have been working on a project called Resnarkable for a while. I’m really pumped about it.
I want to write about politics, careers, culture and life.
If you want to join me, that would be killer.
If not, I completely understand. Sometimes our interests change, you know?
I wanted a fresh start. I didn’t want to move all of our 466 posts with us. I don’t want to forward the domain because you guys have some awesome guest posts up in this piece.
So I will leave this blog intact until the domain expires in November.
If you have guest posts here, feel free to take screenshots, save whatever you would like to!
Also – our Twitter account @luvyourway has been dead for a while. It’s pretty obvious that I can only keep up with one personal account daily (social media is what I do for a living). So if you want to follow along, you can catch up with me @lizonomics.
So whadya think? Exciting? Horseshit?
You guys are awesome. Thank you so much for three years of awesome community. This blog got me through some weirdly confusing times that seem to come along with planning a wedding.
Here’s some bloggers you should follow to continue that conversation:
- Kind of a Mess
- A Crimson Kiss
- The Familiar Wilderness
- I’m Better in Real Life
- Hi-Fi Weddings
- Hindsight Bride
- Magnolia Rouge
- The Charity Wedding
- Another Damn Life
- We Ski Slow
- The Thirty-Something Bride
So sorry if I forgot anyone!
Anyway, longest not-goodbye ever.
Quit screwin’ around and head over to Resnarkable.
