branded: temaki sushi

I had a taste for Egyptian. We were walking through Fort Worth headed to King Tut’s when an undecorated door caught our attention on the way. I pushed the plain glass door to see hardwood flooring, geometric metal chairs and wood tables each with a single flower in the center and supported by hairpin legs.

It was among the freshest and most exquisite sushi we’ve had together. Affordable and well-presented, the sushi had our attention, but free edamame appetizers with each entree and coconut cream iced tea that was so good we each asked for two to-go glasses full before leaving stamped Temaki Sushi in our minds. The decor and kind-eyed staff had us a little bit in awe that we had never heard of the joint.

We asked for a menu to go and a business card and the minimal, cohesive branding had us both impressed. Not just the branding itself, but the entire experience was memorable because of the package.
